How To Lower Cholesterol With Fun Exercises
Are you too busy to worry about your cholesterol? Too many things pulling you in different directions? Work, kids, family, and meetings seem to take up all of your time. Would you like to try a new diet and exercise regime? There are ways to sort out and prioritize your activities.
If you can add in three thirty minute planned exercise sessions each week, you're on your way to better health. That may not seem like much, but it's really all it takes to jump start your body and lower your cholesterol levels. Those three short sessions get your blood pumping, improving your circulation. Because cholesterol lives in the blood stream, this helps fight cholesterol build up in your arteries and help get cholesterol out of your system.

Your exercise program of 3 workout sessions a week will begin to show results almost immediately. Your will feel better, breathe deeper and start to wake up your body. You will want to walk more and more and use your feet instead of the car for short local excursions. Your stress level will decrease, you generally will be happier and your body will enjoy the workout. It's a win win all around.
Exercising can become addictive. Once they start to feel the benefits of your walks, most people make walking a regular routine. Family pets can be great companions for your strolls and once they figure out that they like walking, you can bet that they will participants and ready to go at a moments notice. Other family members may wish to join you as well, and your whole family can enjoy getting back in shape.
As you start to feel better, it is time to expand on your exercise program. Increase the workouts from three to four times weekly. Buy a basic treadmill for days where you prefer not to go out, and for situations when there is a little extra family stress going on and you would like to walk it off. Turn off the TV and get active. Do anything including household chores, washing the car, having a game of catch, play a game of golf or anything to change from the routine which caused your extra pounds and declining physical condition.
