How My New Weight Loss Program Was Developed
Let me tell you a story…
I've received tons of emails over the years, most are from satisfied customers who made a choice and tried out one of my health guides. The ones that surprised me the most was when they tell me that aside from curing them of their sickness, they also lost weight on the side.
I thought, "Wow, that's great. But how in the world did that happen?"
As I received more and more emails from grateful (and now slimmer) customers, I began noticing a pattern - they had bought those of my Health Guides that involved special exercises that aided breathing, such as my Headache And Migraine Relief program, The Fibromyalgia Program and other programs.
Initially, I couldn't make the connection. How did the breathing exercises help my customers lose weight? I grappled with that mystery for the longest time, looking for the answer in medical journals, health books, and the Internet. No luck.
The funny thing is, the answer came to me when I was in a gorgeous hardwood forest in northern Pennsylvania.
While camping there one night, I was trying to answer the question. At that time, I was having a hard time keeping my campfire alight. The fire was burning too slowly, and it made more smoke than heat. Even when I added more wood, it would not burn any higher.
Suddenly, a gust of wind blew into the campsite - and the campfire instantly flared up.
that's when it finally hit me.
I realized that the breathing exercises that helped my customers lose weight did so by bringing more oxygen into the body. I learned that to burn anything, you need three things: heat, fuel, and oxygen.
Heat and fuel is already inside our bodies ( some of us have more fuel than others, unluckily). I hypothesized that putting more oxygen into the system would let the body burn more fat.
So I set out to work. I compiled all the exercises in my programs that aided breathing, and asked some people to test them. Many started to lose weight immediately. As days went by, some also gave feedback that they altered some of the exercises to suit them better.
I gathered everything that they said. Little by little, their feedback became my new Weight Loss Program.
I can't begin to tell you how successful my new Weight Loss Program turned out to be. My customers told me how they lost weight faster than they've experienced before.
Seemingly simple exercises, most not lasting more than a few minutes each day, also opens the doors to the following benefits:
