This in turn will help to ensure that the body functions correctly throughout the day. Plus although your body is able to cope quite well with food for a period of time, it finds it much harder to cope if you are not getting enough water. Also, drinking cold water is a great way of helping to eliminate the hunger pangs you may feel when you make changes to your diet and reduce the amount of calories you consume. Also, water is actually the ideal way of helping the body to eliminate unwanted fat as well.
