You've probably spent a lot of time using the right shampoos, conditioners, and hair stylists. Despite all of your efforts, life gets in the way and your hair starts to thin out. What do you do?

Menopause hair loss is something that you can combat. There are many different things you can try and things that will work for you depending on your personality and needs. Never feel like you have to go this alone because your doctor can give you some great pointers and help to steer you in the right direction.
Menopause hair loss is incredibly common. There are treatments you can use or you can just chalk it up to being an experience you have to go through. Either way, do not let it get you down or feel like you're less of a lovely woman because of it.
