Can I really loss weight with Green Tea?

by Dana Drewer

Uses of green tea are still being explored by medical science in research that may take many years; the antioxidant properties of green tea are renown but there is still much to learn about this unusual herb. If you are looking to use green tea weight loss products, they're available in liquid form, for drinks, or tablets if you prefer; either way excess calories will be lost when used.

The affect on the human metabolism is quite amazing as it actually slows down the process of aging if used over a long period by aiding cell regeneration. When used in weight loss products, it shows some amazing qualities like helping the metabolism by ridding the system of toxins and using the natural laxative quality it possesses. The body's system is stimulated into burning more calories than usual, and will thus avoid useless accumulation of fat tissue.

This said, green tea weight loss supplements still need the help of the person using them because if you are eating large amounts of junk food every day without any physical activity then you will still put on weight. If you want to achieve a healthier body and lifestyle then changes to your eating habits will be necessary along with other adjustments.

For the best results when using green tea as a hot drink; you are advised to use it prior sleep when the metabolism is slowing down. Although it may at first seem a little scary, it has a strange effect on the body and as a consequence the stomach and bowls may not work as they should while you become accustomed to it during the first few days. Newer users of green tea weight loss products are more likely to see this effect as their body becomes used to the way it increases the metabolic rate ridding it of the toxins and burning calories that normally turn into fat. Indications that it is working can generally be seen within seven days of use providing other aspects of the diet are followed like drinking plenty of fluids combined with physical activity, fruit and vegetables.

Often, green tea is combined with other products to work more effectively and one such product is ginseng. The ginseng extracts add essential vitamins and supplements to the products and have been used in china for millennia.

Ginseng is also beneficial for the immune system and when used in combination with green tea, helps to improve the energy level of a person who is losing weight so they do not feel so lethargic. Neither green tea nor ginseng root have any kind of side effects, and can be administered successfully in long-term diets for as long as six months.
